Andy Jansen is responsible for the effective implementation and execution of service operations for Avascend, Inc. Included in his duties are project management oversight, large property oversight and project quality improvement. Jansen’s most important responsibility is to ensure that project management and implementation decisions, at the individual properties, support the scope of the project.
As the Director of Project Management, Jansen is also responsible for managing any additional service implementations at existing client locations and the oversight of all Project Management Team Members while providing them the support and tools they need to ensure compliance to Avascend’s superior standards at each client property. Jansen is also tasked with maintaining excellent client relations throughout each project as well as formulating and monitoring budgets for the project management team.
Jansen has worked most recently for Avascend, Inc. as a Director of West Coast Operations. His responsibilities included: overseeing the western half of the United States, expanding services at existing client accounts and ensuring that client contacts were satisfied with Avascend’s overall performance at their facility.
Jansen graduated from The University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance.
