Club Ownership - 1, 2 & 4 Weeks
We believe that everyone deserves at least two weeks of vacation each year... time to rejuvenate and reconnect with our families. We understand that each family has a different amount of time available for rest and relaxation. For this reason, Club Ownership is available in one, two, or four-week packages. These homes are fully furnished and maintained by Smugglers'.
FamilyShare - 1/3rd of a Year*
FamilyShare is our multi-week ownership option at The Falcons at West Hill or The Kestrels at North Hill. These spectacular, mountainside luxury homes offer sixteen weeks of vacation ownership including four weeks of Vermont Summer and four weeks of Vermont Winter. All FamilyShare homes are fully furnished and maintained by Smugglers'.
WinterShare - Seasonal Ownership*
WinterShare is a special, fourteen-week, Winter ownership option that includes seven prime weeks of Vermont Winter. Each WinterShare Owner has a deeded interest in 50% of the primary Winter weeks in a slopeside condominium home. The WinterShare homes are fully furnished and maintained by Smugglers'.
EquiShare - Six months of ownership*
EquiShare offers six months of ownership of a fully furnished vacation home while enjoying the lifestyle and extensive benefits of year-round ownership. Each owner has a combination of Winter and Summer months, plus an additional twelve weeks that are available during other time periods.
Full Ownership*
We have over 300 Year-Round Owners. As a Year-Round Owner, you purchase a fully furnished home for your use throughout the year. With it comes the opportunity to vacation in your home any time during the year.- FamilyShare, EquiShare, WinterShare and Full Ownership options include the opportunity for rental income during the weeks you're not using your vacation home.
