At Bianca Chef Dominique Filoni presents a personal side of his cooking, with simple, market-fresh ingredients combined to create distinctive, approachable dishes that touch the palate and warm the heart. Our dinner menu offers fresh fish, meat, and pasta dishes, each artfully prepared and exquisitely presented, and our desserts provide the perfect sweet finish to your evening.

Our eclectic wine list boasts 100 labels from boutique and top tier wineries around the world. Each wine has been selected to fit the interests and palates of Chef Dominique and his wife, Sabine, and are separated into whimsical categories such as ‘Aromatic Excitation,’ ‘Complex Expectation,’ ‘Dominique’s Weaknesses,’ and ‘Big!!!’ Our servers will be happy to help you select the ideal wine to complement your dinner. Explore our smaller format bottles featuring an array of varietals, in addition to our selection of wines by the glass.
