Frustrated by the general absence of service orientation in the industry -- rental companies typically made the customer wait rather than accommodating their need to have a delivery at a specific time -- and by the poor condition of much-rented equipment, Greg Kowalski started Illusions Rentals & Designs in 1983. He was determined to ensure a quality supply of rental items for Catering by Rosemary's functions as well as for other caterers and event planners.
What sets Illusions apart from other equipment and rental companies is an understanding of the catering and event management business. With a clientele that expects a first-rate event -- regardless of budget -- the ability to provide the right equipment, furniture and dining utensils is all-important. Illusions' staff, many of whom have been with the company since it started more than 20 years ago, have made it a matter of personal pride to maintain their reputation for quality supplies and service backed by on-time deliveries.
At Illusions Rentals & Designs we know that creating the perfect party or special event environment is an art form. It takes precise planning, experienced personnel, creative judgment and and extensive selection of the latest party equipment. By working in concert with our network of caterers, florists, decorators, event planners and entertainment specialists, we have created enchantment where ordinary once existed.
Illusions maintains a substantial inventory of deluxe party equipment. From an expansive collection of chairs, in a wide variety of styles and colors, to comprehensive tenting, lighting, staging and flooring.
We also offer a virtual kaleidoscope of the latest high fashion colors and patterns in table linens, and the finest china, crystal, flatware, glassware, and sparkling silver service pieces.
Our state-of-the-art facilities include a complete laundry, dishroom, and maintenance shops.
We give the Illusions touch to the entire spectrum of private parties, from receptions, corporate events, and fundraisers, to tennis and golf tournaments. |
