When a hotel is to be built, we begin by implementing a comprehensive pre-opening program. From the beginning, we manage the necessary research, design, contracting, staffing, marketing, operating and accounting systems.
Through our experience, affiliates and contacts, our team stays current with the newest operating techniques, the latest marketing programs, and one of the most innovative food and beverage directions in the industry. This permits us to cross-pollinate ideas and methods, and adopt the most appropriate systems for each hotel.
When combined with the strong history of our key principles as owners in their own right, our company's foundation gives us the unique viewpoint of an owner. This allows us to reason and react like an owner, with the primary objective of producing the maximum bottom line consistent with the preservation of the hotel asset itself.
Because nothing happens until you sell something, we've developed our own proprietary sales training and marketing programs. These programs combine national franchise programs with our own corporate programs such as The Executive Express Club. Together, they allow First Hospitality Group to maximize the revenues and value of each hotel. |
