In 1992, Premier President and CEO, Raj Patel acquired his first two hotels in Durant and Atoka, Oklahoma. In 1997 Premier Hospitality Management, Inc. was formed to manage five existing properties. Today the company owns and operates numerous hotels (both full and limited service) in Oklahoma and Texas. The company continues to grow by acquiring and developing new properties.
