Latitude 41/ Bar41 is looking for a Restaurant General Manager who is prepared to navigate a vision engineered by Chef Dean James Max and open an exciting new restaurant and dinning experience in the heart of Downtown Columbus.

Chef Dean Max has just released a national coffee table quality cookbook that centers on Seafood cooking, "A Life by the Sea" which was featured on NBC, FOX and Friends, ABC, and a multi-book tour with Sur La Table. Chef Max s restaurant was voted best Seafood in South Florida.

Responsibilities
Applicants will require excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of customer Service, food presentation and quality. If you are a goal oriented leader with excellent communication and organizational skills then we encourage you to apply


Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, willing to work long hours..


Requirements
Include a minimum of 4 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience as a leader.

Other pluses include, a positive mental attitude, well groomed, and an outgoing personality.
