| Tia's, located on Boston's waterfront, has been a local summer favorite for the past 24 years. We are a seasonal business, open April through October. We run a staff of over 150 during the season and can serve over 1,000 covers per day out of a very small kitchen. Tia's bar is very busy,* and often will have 12 bartenders working non-stop for a 12 hour shift. If you love the restaurant business and feel up to the challenge of re-opening a restaurant/bar of this size yearly, and have the ability to build, motivate and manage an outstanding team, then we'd love to talk with you. |
