Company: My client has been operating as a franchisee since 1976, is the second largest private owner and operator of KFC Restaurants in the United States. In addition my client owns and operates Burger King Restaurants. With a combined total of over 200 restaurants, this company employs more than 3,000 workers across the U.S., and has revenues of 200M. The right candidates can expect a solid career path.
Job Description: The selected candidate will be totally responsible for and have full autonomy for the management and P&L of a combined total of 10 newly acquired KFC & Burger King restaurants. This person will have complete responsibility with regard to managing these facilities including, purchasing, real estate, HR, wages, marketing, maintenance and repairs, etc.
These “newly acquired” facilities will require much work to bring them up to and within corporate expectations, guidelines, revenue potential, and profitability. We expect our ideal candidate to be very familiar, conversant in, and comfortable with the culture and environment of the US Virgin Islands.
