We will efficiently manage the property as if we were the Owner in order to "Wow" the Guests and maximize the return on investment for our Partners.
Successful properties understand what guests desire. If we don’t provide the “Essentials” - a clean guest room and friendly service - we haven’t done our job.
Beyond the "Essentials", Maximum focus on two areas. First, we target revenue dollars using real sales skills and proven methods that produce real business. We have established an effective sales procedure that leads to real revenue. Tracking the progress of key accounts via proper documentation that leads to renewed contact with the client is crucial to a successful sales effort. Secondly, we must manage our expenses to maximize profitability. Payroll is the largest manageable expense that occurs in this industry. We manage this and other expenses closely to ensure that we maximize the percentage of top line revenue that flows to House Profit. |
