CEC Search LLC was founded by Carl Chapman in July of 2005 after he left the employ of a top 25 ranked office in the Management Recruiters International franchise system. During his time with The Dunwoody Group, Carl created the largest and most successful restaurant management focused recruiting practice in the entire Management Recruiters International system (MRI is the largest recruiting firm and the world with over 1300 offices world wide.) During his five year tenure, he was awarded recruiter of the month and recruiter of the year numerous times. Carl was also earned pacesetter status, a distinction bestowed upon the top 3% of MRI executive recruiters.
