As the proprietors of Gemstone, we have a combined total of over 80 years in the service and hospitality industry. We’ve worked with some of the biggest, most luxurious and famous properties in the world. We are driven to help our clients succeed, because that means we succeed, too. Our philosophy is based on mutual respect: The success of this partnership depends on engaging you as a fully-committed partner.

When you think about it, the words "luxury" and "management" are incongruent, at opposite ends of the spectrum. When you think luxury, you think of fine, Epicurean experiences - spas, elegant meals, posh opulence. Management, on the other hand, is all about counting beans and crunching numbers.
Egyptian cotton sheets and balance sheets...At first glance, these two ideas seem to be pretty far apart on the spectrum.
