We opened our first fine dining establishment in Louisville, KY in October 2000 with a simple, strong concept. We wanted our independently owned and operated Steakhouse to specialize in Prime steak and fresh seafood and be known for an impressive, award-winning wine list, as well as elegantly restrained service.
Our steaks are selected from Prime midwestern aged beef and hand cut to order. Our seafood is purchased directly from Hawaiian "day boat fishermen", prepared simply and cooked to perfection. Oyster lovers can select from the best oysters available, whether West Coast, East Coast, or the Gulf.
We are rated 4 Diamonds by AAA, and have been a member of Tom Horan's Top Ten Seafood Houses since 2005. |
