For the purists, our raw bar offers traditional favorites: little neck clams, Alaskan snow crab legs, Chesapeake Bay oysters.
For the adventuresome, Executive Chef Reed Anderson gives a playful spin to traditional southeast Asian food: a Spicy Tuna Roll with Beurre Blanc; Grilled Big Eye Tuna with a Pineapple-Kimchi Springroll and Pineapple Nuoc Cham; a Deconstructed Oyster Po’ Boy accompanied by a Cucumber and Red Pepper Sambal and Black Pepper Crème Fraiche.
We demand that our seafood—whether salmon from Norway, mussels from Prince Edward Island, or Dungeness crab from Oregon—is of the highest quality, and we don’t compromise.
