The Buffalo Thunder Resort is comprised of a Las Vegas-styled casino, state-of-the-art conference center with 66,000 square feet of meeting, pre-function and event space, luxury themed spa, outdoor tennis facility and Hale Irwin designed golf at Towa Golf Course. Serving regional and continental favorites for breakfast and lunch, Mica is named for the micaceous clay that has a sparkly, almost gold-like quality. Turquoise Trail Bar and Grille Located on the Casino level, Turquoise Trail broadcasts nearly all major sporting events in an incredibly styled room that pays tribute to historical Route 66 bars and restaurants. Red Sage Restaurant Located on the main level, Red Sage is a signature offering from renowned Chef and Santa Fe resident, Mark Miller. Red Sage will offer fresh southwest cuisine with native influences, all made fresh in a show kitchen within view of the dining room floor. Red Sage offers a bar, lounge area and outdoor seating that looks out to the walking gardens. Painted Parrot Buffet Located on the main level, the 350 seat Painted Parrot is a full-service and interactive buffet restaurant that serves up meals to suit nearly every taste. From salads and appetizers to delectable desserts, the Painted Parrot aims to please. Starbuck's Coffee Located on the main level and near the conference center, Starbuck's Coffee will offer everything that is signature to Starbuck's plus light snacks and fare. The cafe will have approximately 20 bistro seats. The Pool Grille Located off the main Resort building, Buffalo Thunder's main pool features a bar and grille opened seasonally.
