The Inn will feature 1854, which has maintained its old world tradition, still reminiscent of the Prohibition days, with cuisine capturing old world favorites with an intimate warm setting, catering for the Historic Inn's in-room dining, as well.
Veranda & Parlor room will feature delightful daily changing breakfasts, sampling the areas freshest of products and in the afternoon traditional High Tea on long winter afternoons by the fireplace.
The Retreat will feature one of New England's most promising new restaurants, a Chef restaurant, Pietra, offering Tuscan/American cuisine with inspiration and guidance from our consultant Italian Chef coming from Siena Italy. Eclectic creations offering unique experiences for the pallet, tasting menus (Menu Degustation), utilizing the trends of cooking and Italian inspiration of fresh products.
In addition the Retreat will offer in-room private chefs, tailor made menus for special dietary requests and creative personalized experiences as might be envisaged.
The Shed, will be the opportunity for the guests to indulge in private cooking sessions with the Chef, learning the trick of the game of some of Pietra's creations and delicacies.
