| Wintergreen is a four-season resort located on 11,000 acres in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Central Virginia. The award-winning Wintergreen Resort includes 28 ski slopes, 45 holes of golf on mountain and valley courses, 3 indoor and 19 outdoor clay tennis courts, a spa, four restaurants and several other food service operations, a large recreation lake, and several pools. The resort manages over 300 individually owned lodging units. The resort is owned by about 1700 property owners who are members of Wintergreen Partners, Inc, a nonprofit corporation. Annual revenues exceed $35 million.
