| Wesley Park Center, part of Wesley Retirement Services, a premiere provider of CCRC services in Newton, Iowa, is seeking an experienced Leader for Dining Services. Directs total food and beverage operation, manages all staff associated with food service. Assists in all phases of planning, budgeting analysis and reporting related to the operation as well as controls account expenditures. Develops short and long term financial and operational plans. Monitors and maintains performance, product, and service. Provides administrative direction for menu formulation, food preparation and service, purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices and personnel utilization. Plans therapeutic diets, determines nutritional needs and diet restrictions of residents. |

| The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or an advanced degree/certification in food management. Culinary school and/or country club/luxury hotel background preferred; with proven customer service/hospitality and leadership skills. |
