 Restaurant Description

Located in the new Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino, Dos Camino Las Vegas is the fourth outpost of a Mexican cuisine Mecca centered in Manhattan, offering authentic, inventive fare with a side of style and spice.

Building on classic Mexican staples like guacamole, empanadas and tacos, the menu includes signature items of modern flair created exclusively for Las Vegas .

The menu creates modern twists per your palate, tantalizing the taste buds with Lamb Shank Barbacoa, Roasted Chicken Enchiladas with Mole Poblano and Salsa Verde, Chilean Sea Bass Veracruzano and Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak with Frijoles Borrachos and Roasted Tomato Salsita. Or wake up your senses after a late night with the weekend brunch menu offering Dos Caminos Rancheros, Chilequiles Con Huevos or Pan Torrejas.

Wait, there's still more with that margarita... the lounge at Dos Caminos will put the feisty in fiesta with the hippest DJ styling, bottle service, VIP tables, private cabanas, top-notch people watching, 35 unique tequilas with custom flavored salts, and a late-night tasting menu.

Join us for a pitcher of sangria, try one of our irresistible specialty cocktails, such as the “Tropica”, or sit back and sample one (or a flight) of our 150 tequilas hand selected by our Master Mixologist Eben Klemm and Beverage Department.

Sip a Blueberry Pomegrante or Frozen Prickly Pear margarita with a side of design and décor from David Rockwell in a 700-seat space divided into themed rooms with nods to different aspects of life in Mexico.

Dos Caminos Las Vegas Reviews
Vegas.com:
"House-made guacamole is fresh and made to order. Queso fundido (a skillet of cheesy goodness) comes four different ways, including plain, roasted garlic, artichokes and spinach, and chorizo with roasted chiles. The Caesar salad comes with smoked chile croutons and shaved Manchego cheese - and that's just for starters. Dos Caminos in the Palazzo is a young, fresh, modern restaurant with a great vibe and similarly superior Mexican food. The atmosphere is fun, flirty and a casual-dressy place to have a great night out. Chef and partner Scott Linquist serves a quality of Mexican food that simply takes Mexican dining to the next level. Dos Caminos is the place to go for great food, great atmosphere, and a great night out."

San Diego Magazine:
"A vibrant nightclub fronts the large, lumninous, candlelit dining area. Start with the homemade guacamole, which you can order as spicy as you can handle. Good things come in threes- like the three-cheese fondue and the ceviche trio, serving tuna, shrimp, and lobster in side-by-side dishes. A hearty appettite might also call for ordering the slow-roasted suckling pig. Because when you're in the palace, you should eat like a king."

Luxury Las Vegas:
"Like the rest of The Palazzo, Dos Caminos is new and fresh. It is an upscale casual restaurant with a large lounge and bar area. The decor is taseful with very little clutter and an open airy feel. The music at Dos Caminos is South America in origin with a lounge beat- it is always in the background but does not overwhelm the space. It is not often that you see a great dessert menu at a Mexican restaurant but Dos Caminos has one of the most original selections of desserts around. What could be better than having a decadent dessert with the Mexican staple of tequila?"

Las Vegas Magazine:
"Take all the cliches you've heard of at Mexican restaurants and throw them out the window. You won't be needing them anytime soon. No, because Dos Caminos redefines the experiece by turning the concept of an old-school cantina upside down, fulfilling any mutlitide of desires. Do you want to eat? Do you want to drink? Do you want to party? Yes, you can do it all."

Today in Las Vegas- Vegas Magazine:
"There's a new Mexican restaurant on the block that's going to give others a run for their money. Dos Caminos at The Palazzo has upped the ante with its authentic cuisine and upscale vibe while keeping the costs relatively affordable. Gone is the "fiesta-like" atmosphere you see prevalent in South-of-the-Border type places, which is now replaced by a sophistication usually reserved for fine dining restaurants. Lest you forget, this is a restaurant that serves Mexican cuisine and you'll find the usual suspects served here, though the combined expertise and experience of the chefs has elevated the food to a whole new level- authentic, yet modern; casual and yet elegant."

Vegas Magazine:
"The must-see restaurant in this $2 billion resort has to be Dos Caminos, from Steven Hanson's B.R. Guest Restaurants. This enormous David Rockwell-designed space morphs into a white-hot nightclub after the evening service, and the dcor, reminiscence of a back-lit Mayan temple, is among the most stunning in town. The dishes at Dos Caminos will make you rethink Mexican food. Corporate executive chef Scoot Linquist has spent months scouring the country's provinces for recipes."

Los Angeles Times:
"Dos Caminos in the Palazzo combines an edgy, funky ambience (complete with an entire wall made of skulls) with tasty Mexican food including fresh made guacamole and smoked chile croutons on salads. In addition to the food, there are lots of drinks at Dos Caminos. No margarita is complete without tequila and Dos Caminos offers tequila flights, a sampling of three different tequilas served with chile, salt, sangrita and lime."
